I've got two racks of baby back ribs on the WSM. One rack with Bone Suckin Rub the other with Jeff's rub that's right finally made a batch but didn't have the correct paprika but I'm sure they will be fine! Also tossing on some wings on the seasoning on them is Jeff's rub, Tatonka Dust and Emmerill's chicken rub with seasoned salt. Ribs are on now with apple and pecan for the smoke will toss wings on later.
