Hi, my name is Chris, long time reader, 1st time poster,(Lol). Born and raised Texan, currently in the hill country outside of S.A. I've been grilling and smoking 20+ years. Recently built a 2x6x8 smokehouse. I hope to smoke on for another 20+ years. It's what I love to do.
