Hello from the mountains of Northern California. Been some time since I have been on the forum, many life changes but the one constant is my love to bbq! I got a new toy and thought to get back on here to keep my ideas inspired by you fine folks. Years ago I built a mini wsm, posted a video if you care to watch click that. It kinda sucked but surprisingly has 37,000 views, lol, since then I have been lost in a smoke cloud most weekends. Now I have a pit barrel, pellet smoker and scored this baby last year but was only able to use it for the first time last weekend. SO Fun! I will be having a good time with this. Hope to share more. This hobby might turn into a side gig. Keep smiling!

Thank you! I have already had two people ask me to cater just because they saw the rig, not quite ready for that step yet.
