I began smoking meat with a store bought propane smoker a year ago. I just finished a new refridgrator smoker. In fact today is first smoke, pork tenderloin and pork butt!!
My smoker consists of a very retro 50's cold spot fridge, brinmann element with a allied kenoco controller. I am going to make a smoke box for cold smoking. Although I now very little about cold smoking at this point.
I will post pics of my setup as soon as I figure out how. Thanks for everyone's help so far!!
