What have you found to be the best way to place snack sticks in the Smoker? I've never done this much meat at once. I'll be doing 70 total pounds of meat. Some jerky but mostly snack sticks. I'll have 4- 30" master built smokers. I've thought of using every tray and cutting the sticks the width of the smoker, hanging the sausage from the top tray, or keeping it in a spiral formation and putting using every tray?

Pretty much... what's the best way to fit 70 pounds of snack sticks into 4 30" smokers

I like to hang them, but to get that much in your smokers, your going to have to lay them down on all the racks.

Your idea of cutting them to fit the smoker is a good one, just make sure they are not touching each other or you may restrict the smoke from circulating around the smoker.

Good luck!

Im pretty sure you aren't going to be able to fit all 70 lbs at once no matter how you put them in the 4 smokers. Ok.. well you could physically get them to fit, but they will be very crowded and touching. That's 17.5 lbs per smoker, and 4-1/3 lb per (4) rack. You would be better off doing 2 runs with that many sticks.
