Good evening from Chatsworth, GA. My name is Brad and I am an elementary school teacher and coach. New to the forum and fairly new to the World of Smoking. Bought a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 a couple of months ago. Switched it over to Natural Gas. I have been experimenting with smoking different meats. Started out smoking a pork tenderloin. It turned out great. Next smoked ribs...didnt get the flavor I wanted. Smoked a turkey..very good. Now I am getting ready to smoke a Boston Butt.
