I have only been on the site for about a month and have really enjoyed all of the great advice and pictures.
My name is Perry and I live in Minnesota. I have two great kids (14 and 9) and, oh yeah......a wife, too! My passion is cooking and grilling and have owned a MES 30" (stainless, with window) for about 3 months.
I have done 3 turkeys, countless ribs, burgandy brined peppercorn beef tri-tip, sausages, pork loins, shoulders, butts, etc...... everything has turned out great except for one loin got a little dry.....
I also own a Weber kettle (22"). I have no want to own a gas grill and will never own one.....ever.
* I need some ideas on how to prepare a 7lb. brisket. Inject, brine, etc...???
