Butts, chickens and ribs. My semi retirement job. It's not like what we do on the weekend but its still fun as ****. I know, ya'll are jealous.

When ya wash the aprons make sure you grab detergent and not lime away. Not that I've done that!

One mad boss! It leaves blotches on the aprons where theres no grease, not good, turned the blotches white on a red apron. We used to wash our own aprons across the street at the laundrymat when I worked at at a BBQ Years ago.

That would be right up my alley for a part time, keep me busy thing but all the bbq joints I have been to here...for lack of a better word...suck. The best BBQ I have found in Tucson is a guy that sits on the roadside (panel van pulling a smoker)on the weekends. $6 for pulled pork sammy and 2 sides. That guy is really living the dream.
