Hello all, been lurking here a while and thought I would start participating. Been smoking about a year and love the challange of my ECB, figure if I master it I can use just about anything. I have smoked several chickens and quite a few pork loins. I look forward to using the info I have read from the many knowledgable members to start with some more expense cuts. I love the fact that everytime I come here I find something new to drool over (Fatties, ABT's my most recent finds). I would like to thank those members that take the time to help the newbies find there way thru the smoke........Brian
