Just bought my first smoker

Hey everybody!!! My name is Steve I live in Waukesha WI... After watching the Packers fall apart last night I went out and bought a smoker....  I picked up Smoke Hollow 30168E...  I have never used a smoker before... I am an avid griller but I know they are completely different. 

So I am about to go "Season" my smoker and then I have to plan out what I want smoke... I was thinking chicken... Or perhaps a fatty...I have some ground sausage in the freezer....  I am sure over the next few weeks I will be asking lots of questions and looking for answers.  So I say THANK YOU in advance for any information you help me with.

Thanks Guys!! really means a lot and I and I am excited to start smoking!  I am going to the butcher shop today for some sausages.(Whatever is fresh) I am going to try and smoke them today for my first smoke.(weather permitting its snowing right now)

First off welcome to SMF there Steve. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
