I've been smoking/cooking for a while now. Along with my 24x42 Shirley, I have 4 BGE's and a few other cookers.
Shelly and I have cooked at many an EggFest across the South and other states north over the years.
And have been a Demo cook team with SuckleBusters.
We have met and found many new friends while cooking outdoors.
Hope to meet many more and learn a lot here.

Welcome from SE Florida. I never could master the Kamado appliance. I bought an Egg knockoff made by Lifesmart. did well with things that didn't require low and slow, but never mastered the temperature control enough to do a butt or tri-tip. These guys introduced me to the Weber smoky mountain and I've become quite the fan boy. This group will definitely help you spend money or learn new verticals. Look forward to seeing some of your cook!
