I am still really enjoying the Weber flattop. Especially on these hotter days. I cooked up a basic breakfast hash with Venison sausage, onions, and sweet potatoes

Basted some eggs and toasted some biscuits.

The Weber put out another nice meal.

I was even able to hold back some sausage and use it on pizza that evening.

I am certainly enjoying outdoor cooking on these hotter days and all the rain we have been getting has greened everything up nicely.
 
Oh yeah. You get bonus points for the little basket to contain the eggs... and using your wok cover!
Thanks! My wife likes her eggs that way and that dome seems to hold the steam. I burn myself on the handle all the time. Eventually I will remember it gets HOT too.
