Naw I used my presto oil fryer. I used the yings batter. The sauce was la choy.Looks good.

Sadly, I didn't because some of the pieces were small and I didn't wanna overcook em. I also was tired and in between 12 hours shifts so I got lazy. It was a mistake though double fried is better.Looks really good! Did you double fry the chicken?
