My son was home from college this weekend, so I threw some CSR's on the Weber and smoked them up for his last night home. Started with a rub of Rudy's, black pepper, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
Smoked them at a really steady 250* for nearly 4 hours to an IT of 168* -- took much longer than usual for some reason.... I used lump and hickory.
I set these under the broiler for a little crispy caramelization (about 2 minutes/side). Turned out great!

Rounded out with homemade apple sauce & rice. Delicious! thanks for looking!
