Santa Maria Grill

Built a lot of smokers but always wanted a Santa Maria and seen a design on YouTube I like and made me one. I always keep a Weber around, but this take grilling to another level for me.

Got this cart design off of a youtube site and it works great for mobility.

I did not fabricate the grade locking gear or the wheel. I am going to roll a smaller wheel
and replace this one. It is the one from my tube roller I got from harbor freight to build
one but there is a part missing and it should be here next week.

I just bought the one from Gabby Grills that fits on top of a Weber kettle.

did a ribeye and filet's over oak for a quick break-in and very happy with outcome!
