Pork loin and pulled butt-first smoke

Here is a picture from my first attempt. I used Emeril's Essence for the rub, apple juice for the spray and mesquite for the smoke. Hope you enjoy the picture.

PS. The family destroyed the pulled pork.

Nice smoke ring. I love using a loin when I don't need a mass quantity of pulled pork.
