I am new here (if you could not tell by the title) and live in North Texas (Fort Worth). I used to be a check and have been smoking meats, making my own sausage, and making beef jerky for quite awhile. I have a varity of rigs that I love to use but my favorite is the Alton Brown flower pot smoker seen here. [color= rgb(24, 24, 24)].
