Hi All - Just traded in my little Cookshack smoker for a Green Mountain Daniel Boone. Looking forward to being able to do a lot more interesting things with the new smoker. Did a brisket last weekend which was super. About to brine a couple of chickens to do on beer cans tomorrow. I'm in Thornton, Co which is about 15 miles north of Denver.
