Greetings from Central Texas! Old retired guy here. Been smoking for quite a few years, but always willing to learn something new! Mostly use a Daniel Boone pellet smoker from Green Mountain, with an offset barrel type (no name brand) for secondary use. Mostly cook all the old faithfuls: babyback or spareribs, pork tenderloin, sausage and good HEB brisket. Looking forward to hearing from you experts!
