NEW SMOKER PURCHASE

I just sold my WSM (was hard to do since I love the results) so that I could venture into the pellet world.  Did a ton of research and my final decision was the Blaz'n Gridiron.  Called Tim yesterday and ordered it.  I hope my decision will prove positive.  I look forward to the adventure!!!!

Congrats on that new Gridiron...those are very nice rigs!  You didn't say how long until you get it...the waiting can be tough!  While you wait, your can always spend some time surfing through the pellet smoker forum and the pellet smokers group (if you haven't already):

I should have the Gridiron in 2-3 weeks.  I received 140 pounds of BBQ'S Delight pellets the other day (less than $130 and shipping was free).  I upgraded my Gridiron to include the competition cart.  I'm going to build a simple design pellet sifter to separate the sawdust and small pieces from the pellets prior to putting them into the hopper.  Tim at Blaz'n said this smoker will be a very nice grill.  Look forward to some brisket, pork butts, and ribs!!!
