I have a char griller with offset smoker. I'm about to start smoking a whole chicken and sausages. I love the flavour the smoker gives.

Thank you mate I smoked my snags they were yum.. I have a rack of ribs and a half brisket I'm going to try and smoke in the morning.. I'll get up around 4am to get it prepared.. so fingers crossed it works well ..
