I've lived in NW Ohio, and recently moved to the extreme NW corner, a stones throw from Indiana and Michigan. I've been grilling most of my adult life, but just recently purchased a Char-Griller smoker-grill. I did get it primarily for the grill, but with the attached fire box, I tried smoking some pork last weekend. Turned out very good for my first foray into low and slow cooking. I will be looking for any hints on meats to smoke, rubs to use, charcoal/wood to use, ect.
