Hey y'all, I'm jimmy from bronson, Fl. its a small town about 20 miles SW of Gainesville, Fl (home of my UF Gators). I'm just gettin' rollin on smoking my own meat, but I damn near grew up on the stuff. A few things about me, I'm a professional deckhand, meaning I work in the back of those big fancy sportfishing boats and get paid to fish. I love to wrench on my trail truck and am a die-hard Ford fanatic. Pretty much if it involves getting dirty in the outdoors I'm into it. Right now my smoking equipment is extremely basic and slightly creative. Just a standard propane grill with two burners, a steel 8" pie sheet for my wood chunks, and a big imagination. I do alright with it, but I've got my eye set on a Char-Grill Smoker Pro so I can do larger quantities RIGHT. look forward to hearing y'alls advice
