hi guys i got my start back in 94 at school now i make 500 to 1000lbs of sausage a year. i have 12 bbqs/smokers anything i can get into them i smoke and bbq everything you can think of. I look forward to some new ideas from you guys will post pics soon. today it is -15c and i sit in the house with a broken back wishing i was out side smoking up some ribs for supper. hello again and thanks Mark.

I've Never been to three hills but I did live in Northern Alberta in the 1960's. The only place in the world where you can sink up to your butt in mud and have dust blow in your face, Fawcet Alberta north of Edmondchuck.
We Raised grain, pigs , cows, grass and hell.
Now I'm back home in BC in the beautiful Okanagan Valley where It has yet to snow or even go below zero during the day yet this year. snicKer snicker!
