Been lurking around here a while- just getting back into smoking recently. Over the years I’ve cooked on a variety of gear. Currently I’m on a small Pit Boss pellet. The pellet smokers renewed my interest in smoking. I cook on discs and a flat top. I’ve done whole hogs in the cajachina, and I built a small tandoor. Lately I’ve been getting back into things with all the usual stuff- Chuck’s, butts, ribs and chickens. Things our family can utilize the easiest. This is a great place to really deep dive into any topic- loving it.
