Happy Canada Day to the Canadians on this site and to those who wish they were.

Dinner started yesterday as I quartered up potatoes and grilled them up. We made potato salad and devilled eggs last night.

Today, seasoned up country style ribs and they spent about 2 hours in MES 30 and then another 2 hours in OKI Joe.

Quite tasty although probably should have pulled them off at 190 vs the 198 when I did pull them off. Plates were clean so all good!

Happy Canada day. Looks fantastic. Having traveled there constantly as my sales territory for about 7 years I’m somewhat honorary part Canadian.
