Pretty much just getting started with smoking foods and someone on another board posted your site as a great place to get info. I had posted a question about smoking the ham we had for Easter since the weather was going to be nice.
We bought a Craftsman gas smoker toward the end of last summer and have experimented with some different woods on chicken, beef, and now ham.
