We have a 20 quart Univex mixer and while shopping around for a meat mixer for sausage the thought occurred to my brain cell that the 20 quart might be just the ticket.
Has anyone tried this and, if so, what attachment(s) did you use and how long did you mix for? I'm guessing a low speed and an occasional scrape of the bowl with a paddle would be needed but please let me know how you have done it and whether you would change anything.
