    Thanks for joining. I started this group just for the reason of getting other Wisconsin smokers involved in different techniques. I just started smoking this past winter and just started some Cornish game hens

    Hey All,

    Been a member here on SMF for quite some time now, and starting to get more involved trying to help by adding to others posts with my experiences, as well as my own smoke posts.  Been seeing lots of Wisconsin members, so started looking to see if there was a WI group, and viola, here you are.

    About me:

    Multiple smokers

             Cabela's 7 in 1

             Smoke Hollow 44 Pro

             MES 40 version 2.5

    Started doing just smoked meats for dinners.  Gotten into making my own venison sausage, snack sticks, bacon and dried beef.

    Always willing to learn, help, and have a few brews with friends over good food.

     Just found the Wisconsin group. I live in Kimberly. I use a smoke hollow 3 in 1 grill. I hope to learn a lot from all the great people on this site. My name is Joe btw.
     
  11. I'm another new member from the Appleton area. I currently have a Smoke Hallow smoker I've been using for about 8 years now. It's getting a little long in the tooth, but still gets the job done. Nice to see other BBQers from the great state of Wisconsin.
