So we had a big family get together and i was tasked with hams. They wanted spiral Ham. Got 2 of them and put them in the smoker with cherry. Smoked til it got to 135 then moved to the oven with the glaze at 400 for about 15 minutes. Temp got about 145. I read somewhere to use skewers to hold the ham together. I put 4 in each one and it sure did help keep it all together well. I only have 1 picture when i took it out of the oven after the glaze. Smoke flavor was great. Nice a moist. Thanks for looking.
