    Howdy, I'm from Texas, raised in east Texas now reside in plano, I cook on just a regular smoker I got from Walmart, my father in law has one of those trager smokers I might try soon, brisket, chicken, ham are my main areas, always looking to try new things

    Thanks, yeah pop could do up a mean brisket, have seem some tri tip cuts I'd like to get into
