New smoker

  1. I new to this site and thanks for  allowing me in.

    I live in Catlettsburg, KY.  Retired from 35 years in banking.  Work part time as Treasure of my church and do some woodworking.  Fairly new to smoking meat.  I smoke mostly ribs.  I want to expand to other.  I butchered a hog last year and have some in freezer that I want to thaw and start smoking.   I have learned much by just reading on these web sites and forums.  I enjoy all comments.
