New Smoker on Cape Cod

Hi!  I am MamaWolf located on Cape Cod and I love ribs.  My husband and I traveled to Texas to visit our friends there and experienced the most delicious Smoked Ribs and Beef we have ever had!  Since our Master Smoker/Chef CFA in Texas is quite a distance from Cape Cod, my dear husband gave me a Char-Broil Longhorn Offset Smoker for Mother's Day.  I am so looking forward to some awesome ribs!  Happy Memorial Day and my heartfelt thanks to all veterans past, present and future.
