  1. Hello All, I am excited to read and learn from fellow artists of smoking meat. I live in north central Nebraska and have been smoking meat for at least ten years off and on. I enjoy hunting and fishing and have smoked everything from fish to deer. I am a high school shop teacher by day and screen printer/embroider by night. I look forward to meeting you. buffalojim
