mes 30 back rib smoke for sunday funday

  1. Hey fellas. First post 5th smoke so still a rookie. Doing some ribs for sunday. Started with a 14 hour yellow mustard and applewood dry rub (mccormicks) marinade. Just put smoker to 230 with a mix of hickory and applewood for a preheat. Any tips would be appreciated as i am new and am basically bluffing my whole way throygh. Oh and as customary here are some pre pics

    You didn't sample any? Your a better person then me! I usally cut a few small bones off and wrap them in bacon for treats for the cook!
  6. Haha! Well i did happen to eat some small pieces that "fell off" lol
