I just bought myself an electric Masterbuilt 30" and gave it a first run tonight on some beef ribs and brisket. The brisket's taking a while longer than I thought, but the ribs were great! At this rate, the brisket won't be ready til about 9 or 10 p.m., but that's OK, we'll have that for dinner tomorrow night instead. Found this forum and love the recipes and tips I've been seeing. Look forward to smoking a whole bunch more in the coming months!
