Next year I plan on doing more backyard competitions. I am thinking of using my UDS as a warmer cabinet. But what could I use as heat source? My son said put a sterno under the unit with heat bricks inside on the bottom. I am thinking that could work. Anyone else have an option that I can us on the inside? I was also thinking a electric charcoal starter in the bottom but that might be too hot. I have a propane burner I can put there but wondering if that is too much.
