Hello everyone,

My name is Kevin and I am brand new to smoking.  My wife and I just purchased a Char-Griller 2727 from Wal-Mart about a month ago.  So far I have cooked beef steaks, pork steaks, pork ribs, and chicken and I am loving the experience.  My interests include modifications, dry rubs, and pretty much anything that gets me outside and on the grill.  I look forward to meeting all of you!

You for the welcome!  There is so much information on this forum.  I'm having this problem though...of going through the forum while at work and I'm not getting anything done!  Such a hard life :)
