Hi guys, it's my first message on this forum even if I've been reading you all for so long... A couple of days ago I've tried my first fatty roll with cheddar, mushrooms and chilies and it turned out quite well I think! Nice bark on the bacon wrap and a very tasty smoke ring! do you have any suggestion on what to put inside that would be really - I mean, really - american stylish? I'd like to cook one of these this saturday in a BBQ Contest and I'd like to impres the judges.. Thanks in advance for your help! You rocks!
