Proud Florida boy (now older and graying a bit) been smoking on various disposables for years with predictably unpredictable results. LOVE floating in the pool, drinking quality beer, while smelling the sweet aroma of applewood as it French kisses my baby backs! Is it wrong to use the words french kiss and baby in the same sentence? Maybe, but I don't care! I just got confirmation that my first pellet smoker has been shipped! And I am STOKED! I would have been thrilled to have any of the four units I was considering, but I chose the rec tec. Why? I'd be lying if I didn't admit that it will look AWESOME on my deck! And that its look will demand friends and family to ask me about it. Which calls for another beer while we discuss pellet smoking. The circle of life. Smoke, drink, eat, talk about it, drink some more, repeat. Its going to be a beautiful summer!

Ps. Been reading your posts for weeks (and pelletheads) and love you both you guys! What a great resource!
