Me and Ann were talking about trying a new soup just the other day. This hit all the marks! Looks superb!

Thanks guys! January thru March is prime oyster mushroom picking time. I like to try and pick some every year....I absolutely love them!

Holy Crap! Super Taster Nirvana!! This soup is a house specialty from a famous restaurant in Baton Rouge, Mansurs on the Boulevard. Recipe was posted in the local paper years ago. I have made this soup many times, but this is the first time adding oyster mushrooms (along WITH the rind from the Brie)....Wholly Moley! Will be making this again for sure!

Keith, I getting ready to make this. I will be getting the 16 oz crab from Sams. Would would be good to use the other 8 oz for?
