So I just ordered a kettle pizza, rotisserie, and Santa Maria attachment(s) for my kettle after spending entirely too much time on this forum.

I just wanted to thank everyone here for helping me get rid of my money, and in turn my friends and family surely appreciate you all for indirectly conjuring all these summer barbecues !

F'n enablers.

If you have any recipes/cooks/ideas/experience for these attachments, leave them below!

I know what you mean . Some guy in VT forced me to buy a 26 " kettle .

I remeber that day

Sorry about that. I feel your pain but no sympathy here. Since I joined the forum I've ended up with a grinder, stuffer, slicer, vortex,
food processor, Sous Vide unit, pellet tubes with a mailbox mod, an off-set stick burner and recently an open fire Santa Maria style cooker.
I can't walk past the meat section in a grocery...
Some ideas for your new toys:

Short timers,,,, it’s always a Big surprise! Lol. This whole thing, smoking, curing, sausage, salami, charcuterie, food safety, all of it becomes a way of life. Buckle up! It’s going to be a fun ride, with some great people.

Haha I love my pizza attachment. Tip for pizzas are let the toppings and cheese sit out to get close to room temp helps cook it better. Also shredding fresh blocks of cheese if 10x better IMO than bagged cheese

Your gonna love it!!
