3. What is your Major/Minor?

4. Is there going to be a party at your place on Fat Tuesday?

Thanks to all of you for your help! My teacher was thrilled with our idea to go online for information as it easily allows us to reach a large, diverse population. And yes, to those of you who expressed concern, I do have manners and was raised not to ask people about their income and other sensitive matters. However, for this project to be complete, I have been forced out of my comfort zone.
Thanks again for your help, and I'll be keeping check, shoot, I may just have to go buy a grill!

No problem Rivet! This info will be used for my final (the BIGGIE) project in my capstone class. They call it the capstone class because we get to use everything we learned throughout the past 3 semesters in management, marketing, human relations, etc. Basically they told us to pretend that there is this guy who has created an awesome bbq sauce. It's our job - theoretically - to get his sauce manufactured, bottled, on shelves, online, in restaurants, and basically on everyone's grill. So far it has been a fun project and I am learning a lot working on it.

For me:

1. What state are you located in? northwest Arkansas
2. If you bought a 16oz. bottle of sauce off the shelf - yes, I know, most of you don't! But, IF you did, and you felt it was a quality sauce - how much would you expect to pay for it? Generally 4.50
3. Where do you generally shop for quality BBQ sauce and equipment? (supercenter, neighborhood grocery, warehouse club, online) neighborhood grocery. Here they have the better stuff than the supercenter.
4. How much, on average, do you spend per year on BBQ equipment? Ummm, including the handmedown grill... $0... I just got kicked off the board didn't I?
5. What is your annual income? (totally understand if you don't feel comfortable with this, but it will be very useful for my demographics.) Counting loans nearly $9,000.
6. What languages do you speak? English, and enough Spanish to find a bathroom and insult your mother.
7. What is your favorite thing to BBQ? OK, I admit it. I have not personally ever put a piece of meat on a grill... (OK, now I KNOW I just got kicked out!) Seriously though, I LOVE to eat BBQ and I have a friend who's uncle makes his own sauce and I love to eat at her place!
8. What methods do you prefer for online payments? (credit card, e-check, paypal) I like paypal, but have not been getting those compromised notes, so maybe I am special....
9. What types of websites do you vist - aside from BBQ of course! Well, here of course, the school site naturally, my banks site trying to figure out where all my money went, recipe sites - see, I DO cook, just not outside at the moment... ummm, but really mostly I don't have time for much but school work this semester.

Thanks again guys!
Rachel
