I'm from Warner Robins, GA and I've been pretty hardcore into home BBQ for the past 8 years. I've read everything on amazing ribs.com about 10 times. I have a weber genesis silver series gas grill, an offset brinkmann trailmaster LE smoker with modifications, and just recently a masterbuilt vertical propane smoker.
