Looking for a good smoked turkey sausage recipe.
I put "turkey sausage recipe" in our handy dandy search tool up top.
It works great!!
Here's some reading for ya!
Nepas should be by soon, I'm sure he has a great one to share.
Are you looking to make fresh (non smoked) or smoked turkey sausage?
OK, NEPAS is here, I can leave now.
NEPAS is our sausage goto guy!
You're in good hands Buzzy---You might have to repeat yourself though, because I think there are actually 3 of him!
No me dummy
NYUK NYUK NYUK
"Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk"???
And I just told him he's in good hands!!!!
Gotta go to the dentist, think my new bridge is in..... WOOOHOOO
Do you have to pay triple???
I would appreciate recipes for both. A friend of my son gave me a turkey (35# live weight) that I didn't have time to pluck so I just skinned it out. Thought I would be a little creative & make sausage but have a hard time finding recipes that look good. They said I was in good hands but after what I read I wonder.
NEPAS makes Goose sausage by the ton.
He'll come through with a couple Turkey sausage recipes.
If you don't get one from him or others soon, PM NEPAS.
Here is a great sausage source I just found 2 minutes ago:
I just scanned it fast, but be sure to check out pages 20, 44, and 46, for a start.
THANKS Bear Not sure how that was missed in my search
You didn't miss it.
It wasn't on the forum.
I found it with a Yahoo search.
I saved it too---looks like a big help for a lot of sausages!
Here is 1 I found in my search. Full of all kinds off sausage recipes.
That one is GREAT !
Did you get one yet?
I been busy
I have a spicey recipe that I made a small batch of that everybody seems to like. I'm going to make a bigger
batch & change a few things for my liking. The only thing I'm having problems with is it is a little dry but not
that bad. I guess I'm just use to the texture of pork. If this batch turns out I'll post the recipe. I'm always looking
for tried & true recipes if you still want to post 1. THANKS
