Had a package of hamburger i needed to use so i made up some meatballs threw them on the smoker then added them in with some spaghetii & sauce & baked for about 20mins. Turned out very good but was better the next day when i had it for lunch!!!!1
Definitely looks good......quite different than I have ever tried.....Think I'm going to color outside the lines myself soon.....I'm going to try sunny side up eggs...(Yah...Right!!!)
So let me get this straight you smoked the meatballs for how long in the smoker. then you put them into a dish with spagetti and soem cheese and baked it. ok is that right did you maintain much of the smokey flavor and what kind of wood did you use also???
made them rather large so smoked them for about 2hrs at about 225 then added the rest & put in the oven. the meatballs retained all the smoke they were awsome. used hickory on them.
