smokin pork loin, best temps in & out?

Hi all. Miss you giys. Ive been sick, havnt been on much sorry. Sorry I missed the gathering also.

My first smoke in over a month sigh, whats best temp to take a`pork loin out of smoker? 150? 155? I smokin with cherry wood at 275 deg.

140-150 I try to pull at 145.....I also cook at about 240-250.....If you cook to 155 its going to be on the dry side.........Will be waiting on some queu view
 
I usually smoke at 230ish and take mine to 140-145 that way it won't be dry and I don't mind mine alittle pinkish so.
