Smoked two 9lb pork shoulders with a sweet rub that JarJarchef posted with some added brownsugar plus sprizt with applejuice.took over 20hrs too smoke probably because I couldn't keep the temp above 225 for the first hr cause of wind started at 9pm and by 1am Sunday moring at 174 i was tired and foiled and put in oven and went to bed. the bark was beautiful.It didnt last long.
