Soooo.... its close to tree sitting time so it's time to start checking the freezer for treats. Or dog treats if they don't come out.....LOL

Recipe
19/22 MM sheep casings
3 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
6 oz B&P's pepperoni spice
1 t. heaping of cure #1 (just for safety)
6 oz. powdered buttermilk (for the twang)
1t. Amesphro (juice retention, so they don't taste like beach sand)
1T Mustard seeds (why? because I like them!)

Pecan smoke for 6 hours! Thats right 6 hours!

Will set out on the counter tonight to smooth out that smoke flavor.

! will trim & cryo pac and freeze tomorrow.

If you don't take anything to drink with you, you'll find a way. I might have made those a bit spicy.... LOL Next day you'll be screaming for ice cream. LOL

Thanks, I actually got it out of my box of seasonsing that just sort of hangs around here. I have all these bags that I have seen and wanted to try at one time or another and just don't make enough stix and/or I have to make some type that someone ones asks for instead. I figure we all have such boxes with new bags and partially used bags..... LOL

Well this is were it came from but I no longer see it, of course they have all different flavors now.
