Been reading for a couple weeks, and have to say i'm still to intimidated by the process of smoking meats to hit the buy link in my amazon cart. I know it sounds simple, but I hate failing and I hate failing even more when it's a great cut of meat. I only plan on buying the MES 30, at 177, seems hard to beat, also have plenty of wood, a cover and a dual probe thermometer saved.
I'm 28, from near Cleveland Ohio. The wife and I just moved back recently from college and bought our first house (New construction) I enjoy working on the house, and would like to get more into woodworking eventually.
I always have the mindset, if someone else can do it so can I. Obviously I'm not trying to join the world's strongest man course or something, but I'll give anything a try. So, give me some encouragement to join the crew here. I don't currently frequent any other forums but have been reading all I can here lately and think I'll stick around.
